What is included in the mobile on-site service visit?

The MVP Mobile Service brings certified technicians directly to your site and covers a comprehensive range of work: hydraulic system service (cylinder repairs, hose replacements, leak diagnostics, pressure adjustments); engine inspections and repairs (fault code diagnostics, component replacements, performance tune-ups); drivetrain and transmission maintenance (gearbox repairs, differential service, torque converter troubleshooting); electrical and control system repairs (wiring, sensor replacements, CAN-bus diagnostics); cooling system maintenance (radiator cleaning, coolant leak repairs, pump and thermostat service); brake system service (pads, discs, lines, full safety inspections); and axle and wheel drive repairs (hub repairs, bearing replacements, drive motor servicing).

How do I book the mobile service?

The mobile service can be booked directly from the product page using the integrated Service Calendar — simply select a date that fits your project or harvest schedule and confirm your booking. For urgent or breakdown situations, contact your MVP dealer directly for priority scheduling options.

How quickly can a technician reach my site?

Availability depends on your location and the current service schedule. Use the Service Calendar on the product page to check available dates in your area. For planned maintenance, booking in advance is recommended. For emergency breakdowns, contact your MVP dealer directly — priority response options may be available depending on your service agreement.

Is the mobile service the same as the maintenance agreement included with the machine purchase?

No — they serve different purposes. The optional maintenance agreement purchased with the machine (available in 36-month, 48-month, or 80-month tiers) is a scheduled planned maintenance contract covering regular service intervals over the agreement period. The Mobile Service is an on-demand on-site visit for repairs, diagnostics, and unplanned maintenance needs. Both can be used together: the maintenance agreement keeps the machine on schedule and prevents major issues, while the mobile service handles unexpected repairs between planned visits.

Can the mobile service technician handle electronic fault codes and CAN-bus issues?

Yes. The mobile service specifically covers electrical and control system repairs, including wiring faults, sensor replacements, and CAN-bus diagnostics. MVP technicians are trained and equipped with the correct diagnostic tools for MVP telehandler electronic systems. This means common issues such as error codes for boom position sensors, joystick faults, or display system errors can be diagnosed and resolved on-site without needing to transport the machine to a workshop.
